This afternoon we were eating lunch and Nate was asking the kids what various animals say..."Kinley, What does a chicken say?" "Bawk, Bawk," she answered. Since we were eating roast beef, he asked, "ok, smartie pants, what does a 'steak' say?" At first, she didn't know until Addie helped her out with a "Moo". He then asked, "what does a hot dog say?" to which Jenna quickly answered "ruff, ruff". Sometimes, kids are just a hoot!

man, you cooked?? what are you trying to show up all of us slackers? If it weren"t Kay's b-day, I think I would have leftover'd it today.
And Yep, your kids are darn cute!! We sure love them.
I'm impressed that Addie knew steak was from a cow, in our house, everything is "chicken", even if it's really not.
